Your-Call has developed a new approach to disclosure management, fraud reporting and the receipt of information from whistleblowers that blends traditional telephone-based disclosure management functions with powerful web-based reporting.
Our revolutionary online reporting solutions of Your-Alert allow leaders to control risk by tapping into real-time 24/7, live information on matters of concern in 4 key areas: dishonesty; behavioural issues; regulation; and safety, and Your-Say enables employees, customers, vendors and suppliers to have their say on a range of matters concerning the organisation’s products and services; the way business is done; and the security of stock.
Your-Alert and Your-Say sit alongside the organisation´s Code of Conduct promoting honesty, integrity and transparency and don´t replace existing processes for raising concerns or feedback in the workplace but rather complement these reporting mechanisms by providing an external independent reporting option to an organisation´s whistleblower policy.
Your-Call´s unique iAnalysis Case Management dashboard and analytics software allows the company or organisation to of illegal or unethical behaviour or feedback. From the initial notification of the disclosure through to its final resolution, the company can document activities in a convenient, centralised system maintained by Your-Call that helps you ensure disclosures and information are resolved effectively, efficiently and appropriately.
Company History
The company commenced in 2004 and was the first Australian company to offer a truly web based server to server solution. It was borne out of our sister company aCkTiF Solutions, an investigation company which started in 2001.
Requests were received from our corporate clients to firstly have a reporting component to support their Code of Conduct/Practice, and secondly access to a cost effective and easy to administer “tip offs” or whistleblower system that employees will use. It uses in part technology to achieve those objectives.
Your-Call’s Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director Glenn Birrell, having had an extensive background in law enforcement and corporate investigations, set about the development of new disclosure management processes which would encourage greater reporting of the information that he knew existed. The challenge was to develop a system whereby those with information would feel safe, secure and trust their information with Your-Call. Glenn Birrell wanted those with the information to feel confident if they exercised their right to express their concern or have their say that the information would be received by the appropriate people in the organisation and would be respected, investigated and a solution reached.
Your-Call’s Web based Solution and Web based Solution PLUS have developed and grown over the last five years. We are pleased to now offer Your-Alert and Your-Say which provide one location for people to disclose information on matters of concern and to have their say on companies or organisations.
We have appeared on the ABC Program, “Inside Business” and clients include a full range of companies or organisations from those listed on the Stock exchange in Australia and overseas to medium to small companies and organisations.
