Your-Call - we listen, we respect, we protect

Your Organisation has a service agreement with Your-Call to provide this service to an organisation and its employees. Each user assumes responsibility for the use of this service and understands the use of this service constitutes an agreement to comply with the terms and conditions and any additional instructions your Organisation may have issued relating to the use of this service. This service is intended to facilitate confidential, anonymous communications to your organisation but the contents of your report or other actions you take may undermine this intent. Your-Call is responsible for handling your information and delivering it to your Organisation. We take every effort and all reasonable steps to protect and secure your information. All information and communications are protected by 256 bit encryption.

Title, ownership rights and Intellectual Property Rights in and to the Service shall remain in and with Your-Call Pty Ltd and/or its licensors. The Service constitutes confidential and proprietary information of the Your-Call Pty Ltd and its licensors and embodies trade secrets and intellectual property protected under Australian copyright laws, other laws and international treaty provisions. The Organisation acknowledges such ownership and intellectual property rights and will not take any action to jeopardise, limit or interfere in any manner with the Your-Call Pty Ltd or its licensors’ ownership of or rights with respect to the Service. The Organisation shall not re-distribute or otherwise provide access to the Service to third parties.
