Who Reads My Whistleblowing Information?

Your-Call’s highly trained staff have a blend of experience including investigations, legal, accounting, operational management, counselling and psychology to professionally evaluate and respond to all information received.

We analyse all information received and ensure it is delivered promptly to Executive Management or the Corporate Secretary. The designated persons are responsible for the decision as to what action is required.

However as part of an organisation’s agreement with Your-Call they make a commitment to take appropriate action on all information received.

Nevertheless, it is important that you understand that investigations are often done covertly or secretly and discreetly, so that the evidence can be gathered without the perpetrators knowing that they are being investigated. Therefore if you don’t see immediate action as a result of your information, this does not mean nothing is being done.

Also it is worth noting that the information that you have provided may be a small but very important piece of a bigger picture or jigsaw puzzle that may take some time to complete!

It is often said that information is the lifeblood of an investigation, and that is why we encourage you to report all information no matter how small you may consider it.

An investigation can take days, weeks or months or in extreme cases years. So, don’t be alarmed or discouraged if investigation activities are not visible to you. The best investigators can often gather evidence without anyone even being aware that their scheme has been uncovered.

Your-Call will not disclose the identity of any person who submits information to us unless with the expressed consent of that person or by court order.

We embrace your honesty & integrity
