Led by Professor A J Brown, Whistling While They Work 2 focuses on the adequacy of organisational responses to whistleblowing.

As stated by the project website, by comparing employee and managerial experience in multiple organisations, in Australia and New Zealand, the project is identifying the factors that influence good and bad responses to whistleblowing across a wide range of institutions, providing a clearer basis for evaluation and improvement in organisational procedures, better public policy, and more informed approaches to the reform or introduction of whistleblower protection laws.

The initial WWTW2 findings provide a terrific resource for organisations to asses their approach to whistleblowing and benchmark processes to others in their sector – Vincent Quattropani, Managing Director of Your Call

Your Call has supported the WWTW2 project and in 2016 interviewed AJ Brown for its client publication, SpeakUp. Read an excerpt of the interview here.
